We announce the time window to your customers by email or text message. Anyone who won’t be at home simply redirects the parcel or provides a deposit okay. Simply activate the Predict-Service in the order entry process - all you need is your customer’s email address or mobile phone number.
Tracking: tailored to your requirements
We’ll be happy to include your company logo in our tracking ads. As a result your customers will immediately see that the parcel comes from you. With our chatbot Red your customers can get answers to these and similar questions at the touch of a button directly in their customer account in your online shop. He normallyworks on dpd.de - but via an external interface we guide our well-informed assistant to your customer sections. The benefit: your customer receives the information immediately via chat without having to leave your website.
Parcel shops: the climate-friendly delivery address
Many customers prefer to pick up their parcels themselves at a parcel shop. This is not only incredibly flexible, but also saves on travel and harmful emissions. For this purpose you can simply integrate delivery to a parcel shop into the check-out of your online shop and mark it as a low-emission delivery option. There are already more than 7,000 Pickup parcel shops throughout Germany. Our Parcel Shop Finder will showyou where the nearest one is.
